What is a seller net sheet?
It is an estimate of what a seller takes home from a sale: the sale price minus commission, loan payoffs, title and escrow fees, transfer taxes, and any credits or repairs. Agents usually bring one to the listing appointment and update it when an offer comes in.
Are the numbers final?
No. NetSheet gives you an estimate. The final figures come from the title or escrow company on the closing statement.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan only needs an email address and password.
How do the free trials work?
Professional comes with a 14-day trial and Agency with a 7-day trial. Trials are for monthly billing and can be used once per account. You add a card when you start the trial, and billing begins when the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
Why is yearly billing cheaper?
Paying for the year up front costs the same as 10 months: $100 instead of $120 for Professional, and $300 instead of $360 for Agency.
